Welcome to the Association of Pastry Chefs Website

 

 

The Association consists of around 12 committee members who work mainly in the London area.
The pressure of work can limit the attendance to our monthly meetings as are trade becomes more demanding and we normally end up with 5-6 people at a meeting.

 

We welcome any member who wishes to join us at a meeting, email M. Zietek to find out when the next meeting is.

All the committee members are working pastry chefs from the finest establishments and businesses in UK and dedicate there spare time to the Association on a voluntary basis.

We welcome new committee members but you must be committed and able to attend at least 9 of 12 meetings, which are normally held Monthly in a London Hotel on a Monday or Wednesday evening.
